Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
We are a commercial & industrial HVAC company headquartered in Miami. We are looking for an experienced project manager who has experience with industrial & commercial HVAC projects, if that sounds like you lets connect!
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee all phases of commercial and industrial HVAC projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Procure materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage project budgets.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Use sales skills to help build on the existing customer base.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HVAC project manager in the commercial/industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of chilled water and condenser water systems.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to managing multiple projects worth up to 3M in value.
